We thought this park was very nice--neat and clean. The office staff was very friendly. They have enclosed a very large area for a dog park, which was quite nice. Our dog enjoyed being able to be off leash for a while everyday. Their parking spaces were large and pull through. We had no problem with the WIFI. It's about 20 minutes from the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. The only reason I'm not giving it a higher rating is that there is no pool. We stayed 4 nights and would stay at this park again if we were ever in the area.

We stayed for 2 nights at this park and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for an area without trees for our satellite which they gave us. There are many wooded lots, however, if you like that. We had to stay an extra night because of a repair need, and they were most accomodating and helpful in finding a repair person. I'd definitely stay at this park again. It's very convenient to the Interstate, and there is a shopping center with a lovely grocery within walking distance. Great location.

This park is fine for an overnight stop, but it isn't one which would attract me for more than that. We actually drove out of our way to make this stop and were disappointed. The sites were very close together, and the area in which we have to walk our dog is along a fence line with very little grass. It seems more like a family campground for people in the immediate area to us. I've never seen so many children in a campground before this. I think the price is quite high considering looks of this campground. It has free Wifi and a lot of channels on the cable, but if you have satellite, you'd never be able to use your satellite because of the trees. I wouldn't come back again if we travel this way.

This was the prettiest, most well maintained campground we've found. The landscaping was very nicely done. The office staff was extremely nice. While it was advertised as a Good Sam park, I was told that it is not, so there was no discount. It is convenient to Hard Rock and Beau Rivage and close to the beach. I had no problem with Internet access. We had a very strong signal. We asked and were given a pull through site. They were all concrete sites with picnic tables. We also had no problem with getting our satellite to work, even though they had cable at the park. We'd definitely go back to this lovely park, even though it was more expensive than most in which we have stayed. It was worth the extra money.

The office staff is rude and incompetent. They overcharged us for a night, and after numerous calls, we finally called KOA home office who got it straightened out for us. They apparently have a manager who is never around and is the only person who can authorize credits. In fact, they lied and said they'd given us a credit which KOA's home office found was not so. The campground is in a very secluded area. A car is a must there. I saw no children around the park, and the people staying there were mostly older. They advertised free wireless internet, but they do charge for it now. I would not recommend this park mainly because of how rude their office staff is.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean park. We spent about 5 days at this park. They have cable TV, but it is for the people who spend the winter, so each person has to call to have it started which says you'd have no cable if you were just there for a few nights. We were invited to come for a Friday night dinner at the rec hall. Apparently, this is a normal thing they do during the winter months. We didn't use the pool, but the area and pool looked very well kept. They have a lovely boat dock on the river. We'd definitely stay at this park again.

We stayed two nights at this park, and, frankly, that was long enough. It was poorly maintained, although not dirty. It had the feeling of a poorly kept mobile home park. Our site was must have been close to the sewer as we got a terrible sewer odor for the two days we were there. We intended to stay longer in the area, but we felt we had to move. I would definitely not recommend this park. The staff was friendly, but that didn't make up for the condition of the park.
